Had a proper boss stay! The location is spot on, just a stone's throw from the train station and right in the heart of Amsterdam. The staff were sound, always up for a chat. Just wish the shared bathroom was a bit better, but overall, it was a great time!

Sweet as location, just a hop from the train station. But those steep stairs were a workout, and I could've done without the shared bathroom situation, mate.

oh where to begin, an unfriendly receptionist subjected me to an atrocious check-in experience. The stairs were steep enough to qualify as an Olympic event. It’s astonishing that they don’t offer room upgrades for paying guests like me. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Location fantastic, just a short walk to everything. The room was small and had a shared bathroom, which could be better. Breakfast selection decent, but not extensive. Staff friendly, always willing to help out. A solid choice if you're on a budget.

Had an amazing stay! The location was ideal, just a short walk from key attractions, and my room had an incredible view of the canal, which made breakfast a delight. The shared shower was always clean and the water hot, perfect after a day of exploring. Plus, the comfy beds made for great sleep!
The toilet was a bit cramped.

The small triple room had comfy beds and a basic design, just the essentials after a long day exploring the city. There’s a good breakfast selection that helps fuel up for another round in the hustle and bustle.
The shared bathrooms were quite the downer, with one particularly emitting a strong smell of urine that wafted through the hall. Climbing steep stairs to access the rooms made it a trek, especially when lugging around bags. The paint was peeling off the walls in some areas, indicating a serious need for maintenance. In short, the facilities didn't match the price point, leaving a bit to be desired for a longer stay.

The staff at reception were warmer than a sunny day in July, with one charming lady making us feel like royalty the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to everything we wanted to see.
Shared bathroom situation could use improvement.
