I greatly enjoyed how the hotel looked, pleasant and nice place. the setting was stunning, next to the city center very near to railway station, central station and all the shops and the airport within 15-20 minutes. - I was surprised at nearby Starbucks, they had some goodies, drinks. Revised: I loved the pleasant and nice look of the hotel. - the location was stunning, right next to the city center and close to the railway station, central station, shops, and the airport within a 15-20 minute drive. - It was a pleasant surprise to find a Starbucks nearby that offered some delicious goodies and drinks.

This hotel is excellent as a city spot - it's really cheap as well. And there is a nice cat over there.
Hotel's quality very low. Noisy location.

I have now booked this hotel three times and though it is a very basic hotel, I have found the management to be very helpful and understanding and I will send other clients their way.
Bit noisy, doors all seem to slam.

Everything! Absolutely filthy, poorly decorated, uncomfortable beds, terrible food, arrogant hotel staff... I have visited Amsterdam a number of times and stayed in cheaper hotels that have been a damn sight better than this. Do not stay here, it's like a prison!

The location was particularly good, so close to Damrak. The rooms were reasonably large and extraordinary, that's all glass.

The worst hotel in the world!!!!!!! Very bad hotel staff, very bad condition like a prison, you can not describe it. Even a Whorehouse is much better.
Don´t stay there for 11 Euro more you can get a very nice hotel, for this money you can have a much much better hotel. In other european countries the hotel would be closed. It is impossible, it is dirty, unpolite people. Too expensive. It is not a location even to put the lugagge there. The worst hotel in the world!!!!!!! Very bad hotel staff, very bad condition like a prison, I can not describe it. Even a Whorehouse is much better. Dirty and unorganised!!!! DON T STAY THERE!!!!!! I will never recommend it
