The location is amazing, just a
Few steps from key attractions. I particularly liked the breakfast offered, a great start to the day. The room was quite basic and could use some updating for comfort.

I have now booked this hotel three times and though it is a very basic hotel, I have found the management to be very helpful and understanding and I will send other clients their way.
Bit noisy, doors all seem to slam.

This hotel is excellent as a city spot - it's really cheap as well. And there is a nice cat over there.
Hotel's quality very low. Noisy location.

Had a proper boss stay! The location is spot on, just a stone's throw from the train station and right in the heart of Amsterdam. The staff were sound, always up for a chat. Just wish the shared bathroom was a bit better, but overall, it was a great time!

Everything! Absolutely filthy, poorly decorated, uncomfortable beds, terrible food, arrogant hotel staff... I have visited Amsterdam a number of times and stayed in cheaper hotels that have been a damn sight better than this. Do not stay here, it's like a prison!

The location was particularly good, so close to Damrak. The rooms were reasonably large and extraordinary, that's all glass.

Sweet as location, just a hop from the train station. But those steep stairs were a workout, and I could've done without the shared bathroom situation, mate.

Oh where to begin, an unfriendly receptionist subjected me to an atrocious check-in experience. The stairs were steep enough to qualify as an Olympic event. It's astonishing that they don't offer room upgrades for paying guests like me. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

The worst hotel in the world!!!!!!! Very bad hotel staff, very bad condition like a prison, you can not describe it. Even a Whorehouse is much better.
Don´t stay there for 11 Euro more you can get a very nice hotel, for this money you can have a much much better hotel. In other european countries the hotel would be closed. It is impossible, it is dirty, unpolite people. Too expensive. It is not a location even to put the lugagge there. The worst hotel in the world!!!!!!! Very bad hotel staff, very bad condition like a prison, I can not describe it. Even a Whorehouse is much better. Dirty and unorganised!!!! DON T STAY THERE!!!!!! I will never recommend it

Helpful staff and a satisfactory breakfast with a great view and ham cheese cereal, for example. Location close to the centre of Amsterdam, Amsterdam where temperatures reached 36 degrees Celsius, and central station and all the shops.
